She is so professional / full of knowledge that makes everything super easy ,,, I cannot thanks her enough for all that hard work she did for us and the wise advice's ,, because of her help we are now a first time homeowners . She was very knowledgeable in her field of work and didn't hesitate to help me out as much as she could. Ive used theresa for both purchasing and selling houses and Overall could not of asked for a better relator.

Coldwell Banker is a great real estate company and really cares for their clients. I usually Buy houses through them and they make sure to check everything and do all the necessary steps to close. They help throughout the whole process from lenders and attorneys . They really know all the steps as well as tips and advice . Very good company

Terri Arnold was fantastic. In the past 35 years I have bought and sold about 20 homes. I have had nothing but problems in every case. Typically, my problems were simply that the agent I was dealing with did not or would not listen to me and my wife. I would set up a couple days to where I would fly out to view properties, that were supposed to meet my criteria. Every time, we'd show up to the first property, and it did not even remotely meet my list of must haves. This has happened time and time again in NY, MI, PA, all places I was transferred to. I would fire the realtor on the spot. Selling was just as bad, with one realtor being aware of a major contract change and not notifying me until we flew back for the closing. She was afraid I would cancel the deal, and I would have. Needless to say, the Michigan board of ethics did take her license. Enough of that... With Terri Arnold, I had the utmost in professionalism, and frankly because of my inherent distrust of realtors in general, I did treat her with skepticism and doubt and was not nice on a few occasions. She certainly did change my view that all realtors are not the same. She was fantastic, an extremely good communicator, and steered me in the correct direction. Overall, I was not overly pleased with the price I got for the property but that in no way was Terries doing. Right from the start, she told me how much my place would sell for, of course I needed more to break even, but in the end, she was 100% correct in her initial assesment. My middle son is going to be looking for a home soon and I will certainly allow Terri to work with him. Terry is literally the only realtor that has earned my trust in the past 35 years and 20 plus transactions. If I still owned a business, I would certainly want her on my sales team. This was my third sale with Terri over the years. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to homes during showings (what to look for), as well as all the nitty gritty real estate things that didn’t make sense to me. She showed us so many homes an worked with our crazy schedule and always exuded patience while doing so! Buying and selling in this market was something I was so nervous to pursue but she made it so much easier and more seamless than I could have imagined. During stressful periods throughout the process (inevitable in this situation), she’d let me vent and decompress to her, and at the end of the call I always felt 10x less stressed than when I dialed her. We got the home of our dreams in a decent amount of time considering the tough market. I will recommend her to anyone in need and use her for all my real estate needs as long as she is in the business! True asset to the Coldwell Banker Prime team!
